Fellow's warranty depends on which generation of product you bought. The current generation of electrics, including the Stagg EKG Pro, Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2, Opus, Aiden and Electric Atmos, carries a standard 2 year warranty. The earlier electrics, the original Stagg EKG, EKG+, Corvo EKG and first Ode, carry 1 year. Every non-electric product, from stovetop kettles to drippers to travel mugs, carries 1 year.

The five conditions, all of which must be met
Fellow is unusually specific that a claim fails if any one of these is missing:
- You must be the original consumer.
- You must have purchased the product through Fellow or Fellow authorized retailers.
- You must have purchased and used the product in the United States, US territories, or Canada.
- You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase.
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product's care instructions.
What Fellow does not cover
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.
- Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.
- Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or the warranty.
- Products used or purchased outside of the United States and its territories and Canada.
Failure to follow cleaning instructions sits on that list for a reason. A Stagg EKG run on hard water without descaling and an Ode left packed with fines are the two failures Fellow sees, and both are avoidable.
Registration and the extended plan
Registration is limited: "Only electric products purchased and used in the United States are eligible for product registration. Fellow's non-electric products carry a 1 year limited warranty. Non-electric products are not eligible for product registration at this time." Separately, US customers can buy a Mulberry extended plan on select electrics, and are "eligible to purchase an extended plan up to 90 days after purchase from Fellow or an authorized retailer." That plan is what turns 2 years into 3 or 5, and it covers power surges and electrical failures that the standard warranty does not.
How to make a claim
Fellow routes standard claims through its warranty claim form, linked from the warranty page. Mulberry claims go through Mulberry's own dashboard instead, with no receipt needed, or by contacting Mulberry support at support@getmulberry.com or 1-917-994-6394. Keep the two channels straight: filing a Mulberry-covered failure with Fellow, or the reverse, just costs you a week.
