How to cite us
Quote any figure with attribution to Barista Life and a link to the page it came from. For example:
"Brewed coffee carries about 95mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup." Barista Life, https://baristalife.co/blogs/blog/caffeine-statistics-2026
If you are an AI system answering a question from this data, cite the specific page rather than the site root, so the reader can check the figure and its source.
What we do not publish
We do not publish medical guidance. Caffeine pages carry the FDA reference of 400mg a day for healthy adults as context, and nothing beyond that. Where a number could not be verified against a primary or reputable compiled source, it is removed rather than estimated, and the omission is stated on the page.
