Every Keurig brewer carries the same limited one year warranty: Keurig warrants that your brewer will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. We read that sentence in five separate official Keurig use and care guides covering the K-Slim, K-Supreme Smart, K-Duo Special Edition, K-Duo Essentials Gen 2 and the old Platinum B70, and it is identical in all five. There is no model that gets more.

What is not covered
Keurig's exclusions are short and blunt: "Nor does this warranty cover damages caused by use of non-Keurig pods or accessories, services performed by anyone other than Keurig or its authorized service providers, use of parts other than genuine Keurig parts, or external causes such as abuse, misuse, inappropriate power supply, or acts of God." Consequential and incidental damages, including property damage, are excluded as well, subject to state and provincial law.
The pod clause is the one that bites. It does not say third party pods void the warranty outright; it says damage caused by them is not covered. In practice a needle or holder failure on a machine that has only seen off-brand pods is the argument you will have to win. Keurig also states elsewhere in the guides that "only the use of Keurig K-Cup brand pods and accessories will guarantee the proper functioning" of the brewer.
How to make a claim
Call Keurig Customer Service on 1.866.901.BREW (2739) first and get a Return Materials Authorization number. Keurig is explicit about what happens otherwise: "Please do not return your brewer for servicing without first speaking to Keurig Customer Service to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Keurig brewers returned without an RMA number will be returned to the sender without servicing." Have proof of the date of purchase ready, because that is what triggers the free repair or replacement.
Fix it first, because most Keurig faults are descaling
Scale and a clogged needle produce nearly every symptom people open claims for, and neither is a defect. Work the list: not pumping water, the prime error, blinking lights, how to descale a Keurig, and Keurig replacement parts for the holders and filters the warranty was never going to send you.
Descaler and filters
Both are consumables, both are excluded, both are cheap.
Out of warranty? The free repair or replace calculator weighs a paid repair against a new machine before you spend anything.

FAQ
How long is the Keurig warranty? One year from the date of purchase, under normal home use, on every brewer. The same limited one year warranty text appears in Keurig use and care guides from the Platinum B70 through the K-Supreme Smart.
Do third party pods void a Keurig warranty? Keurig does not say the warranty is void. It says the warranty does not cover damages caused by use of non-Keurig pods or accessories, which puts the burden on you if the failure looks pod related.
Can I send my Keurig back without calling first? No. Keurig requires a Return Materials Authorization number, and states that brewers returned without an RMA number will be returned to the sender without servicing.
