What is not covered

  • Wear parts. SharkNinja names them: "funnel, water reservoir, water reservoir lid, bean hopper, bean hopper lid, etc." These "require regular maintenance and/or replacement" and are sold separately.
  • Any unit tampered with, or used for commercial purposes.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, negligent handling, or failure to perform required maintenance, with keeping the motor base well clear of spills and debris given as the example.
  • Damage from mishandling in transit.
  • Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by SharkNinja, including damage done while shipping, altering or repairing the product.
  • Consequential and incidental damages.
  • Products purchased, used or operated outside of North America.

How to register

Register at registeryourninja.com or call 1-877-646-5288 "to register your new Ninja product within ten (10) days of purchase." You give the store name, purchase date, model number, name and address. SharkNinja is straight about the purpose: "The registration will enable us to contact you in the unlikely event of a product safety notification." It is a recall channel and a support convenience, not the thing that starts your warranty. Your receipt does that.

How to make a claim

"You must call 1-877-646-5288 to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase." Have the machine in front of you. SharkNinja notes that its specialists can also discuss "the possibility of upgrading to our VIP warranty service options for select product categories," so ask what your model qualifies for while you have them.

Fix it first: Ninja errors that are not defects

Descale prompts and Er codes are instructions, not failures, and calling one in costs you the round trip. Start with Luxe Cafe error notifications, the descale light, Ninja coffee maker troubleshooting, and DualBrew not brewing.

The wear parts SharkNinja names

Reservoirs, lids and hoppers are excluded by name, so treat them as consumables.
