The Bench Cards - Wholesale 10-Pack

A 10-pack of printed reference cards for cafes: counter merch, staff training cards, and small gifts for regulars.

What is in the pack

• The Dial Card: sour goes finer, hotter, longer; bitter goes coarser, cooler, shorter.
• The Descending Pour: our temperature-descending pour over recipe on one clean card.

Every number on the cards uses only verified constants: the 1:2 espresso ratio, 18g in and 36g out, 25 to 30 seconds, 90 to 96C water, and a 1:16 pour over ratio.

How it works

Made to order, first run ships in about three to four weeks. Suggested retail is $5 per card. Cafes may display and gift the cards and may not resell the designs digitally.
