The Bench Log: 90-Shot Espresso Dial-In Logbook (A6 Notebook)

Ninety shots, one line each, and you stop dialing in from memory. The Bench Log is an A6 notebook sized to live next to the grinder, with one structured row per shot: date, beans, dose in, yield out, shot time, grind setting, and a taste note.

What is inside:

• 90 shot rows, the same fields as our free online dial-in logbook, on paper that does not need a dry hand.
• A bag-change spread every 30 shots: new beans, new starting point, what carried over.
• The reference recipe printed inside the cover: 1:2 ratio, 18g in, 36g out, 25 to 30 seconds, 90 to 96C, plus 1:16 for pour over days.
• A6 (roughly 10.5x15cm), lies flat, pen loop.

Who this is for: anyone who changes beans more than once a month. Who it is not for: people who log in an app and like it; use our free online tracker instead, it costs nothing.
